Soft and Warm
Woolly Hooligan Designs:
Like Butter… @phibetapacayarns ... From a lovely lady. From Sunflower Alpaca. It’s up like butter. I also 💘 How my hands feel after it slides through my fingers… Like lanolin cream. It’s soft and the delish. Deep brown is amazing. I can’t wait to do more… The authenticity is all over this yarn. The end result is nothing short of wondrous.” @woollyhooligan

“I’ve never made a hat with Alpaca wool before… It’s soft and warm”
Jonah Larson @jonahhands
I got few lovely worsted- weight skeins from Phi Beta Paca (https://www.phibetapacayarns.com/) at Interweave Yarn Fest (https://interweaveyarnfest.com/) 2019, and I’ve been looking for just the right project to use them. It’s a handspun two-ply yarn, with each ply from a different fleece. ..
I wouldn’t usually use a yarn like this on a cable pattern, but the 1×1 cables and traveling stitches are showing up well against the purl background. Maximal coziness awaits the wearer of this unique Snowburst Beanie!..
Between the natural alpaca yarn and the easy-to-memorize stitch pattern, I’m working quickly through the repeats.
